Tours are held on Saturday afternoons starting at 1pm. We’ll kick off the afternoon with a one hour "chalk talk".  We’ll hear from a few key real estate experts regarding how the entire process works from property selection to contract to closing.  We'll also discuss potential challenges, pitfalls and situations to avoid.

We’ll then go out and tour 4-6 foreclosure listings that have been identified as “strong values” in the designated geographic area.
